LOCATION: Doncaster

JOB TITLE: Software Trainer

SALARY & BENEFITS: GBP17,000 - GBP20,000, laptop, iPad, company mobile, company vehicle (once probation has been passed) + flexible working

WORKING HOURS: 45 hours per week + overtime

THE COMPANY: Our client is an award winning market leader, based in Doncaster, who have created an assessment tracking system and bespoke analytical reviews for schools across the UK and internationally. Due to expansion, they have an exciting opportunity available for a Software Trainer to join their team on a full time permanent basis.

THE ROLE: Your role as a Software Trainer will be to develop positive relationships across a wide education client base; ensuring quality delivery of existing and enhanced product streams, including training, to better support teachers and learners.

Key Responsibilities/duties of a Software Trainer to include:-

Training customers on the use of the products they have bought into and outlining other products that may be suitable
Assisting with after sales support (telephone, email, in school visits and remote support)
Ensure documentation & administrative records are up to date
Managing a large portfolio of customers
Maintain and distribute a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
Engage with senior decision makers in education organisation, including schools, academies & Local Authorities

THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate must have a self-starting attitude and ability to work under own direction and follow company procedures. You must have enthusiasm and have flexibility in the face of emerging and changing requirements. You will have excellent communication skills and be a good team player. Excellent attention to details and self-motivation are essential. You must be able to work alone and as part of a team. You will need to live within a commutable distance to Doncaster.

Key experience essential for the role of Software Trainer:-

At least 3 GCSE including English & Maths
Competent with software and the use of the internet
Experience 12+ months in a training role
Full UK driving license and your own vehicle
Willing to travel long distances
