Mobile Building Services Engineer- GBP34-40 K Neg depending on experience
Exciting opportunity to join an established Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Services provider with an outstanding reputation within the Facilities industry. You will be mobile within the London & M25 with the ideal candidate living inside the M25, although this is not essential.

Applications are invited for experienced Building Services maintenance engineers who have completed a recognised engineering HVAC or mechanical engineering apprenticeship.
This is a mobile maintenance role undertaking Electrical, HVAC and commercial building maintenance and the successful engineer will be responsible for reactive and planned works (PPMs) throughout London and within M25.
Competent in other areas such as BMS controls, knowledge of smoke control systems/automatic opening vents is beneficial but not essential, fire alarms and general commercial maintenance.
Complete reactive and planned maintenance of electrical related jobs including:
?? Relamping and repairs
?? Emergency light testing
?? Undertake plumbing tasks to domestic and commercial installations including pressure systems, FCUs, pipe work, radiators, valves, pumps and motors.
?? Increases pressure in pipe systems and observes connected pressure gauge systems to test for leaks
?? Hot & cold water systems, Calorifiers, Legionella Control, general Plumbing services
Applicants should hold;
?? Minimum 5 years' experience as a building services engineer
?? Must hold a full UK driving licence
?? Able to demonstrate technical knowledge and competency with regard to HVAC Systems and large scale plant
?? Proficient in Email and Microsoft Office
?? 17 th Edition isn't essential but would be advantageous
Previous experience in the maintenance of commercial buildings is essential. Engineers who have experience in a number of maintenance disciplines will be preferred.
