Family Assessment Support Worker
Looking for a new opportunity to use your skills working with babies, young people and their families? The Orchards Residential Family Centre offers residential parenting assessments for parent(s) and children.
We offer structured observations of parenting capacity, key work sessions, structured observations, parenting classes, domestic violence support programmes, PAMS Assessments, counselling, and life skills programmes. We also assess parents of varying needs including learning disabilities, mental health and substance misuse issues.
We are looking for family assessment support workers who are skilled in structured observations, key working and committed to working creatively to support parents in developing their parenting skills. You will work closely with and guided by the Lead Assessor in undertaking your role as Family Assessment Support Worker.
This job entails shift work and applicants must be able to do shift work and will be required to work at least two night shifts per week.
