The post-holder will have leadership responsibility for a wide range of student-facing services, including key administrative and welfare services. In this role you will lead and manage the Student Support Services Team to provide excellent customer service. Some of the key areas of responsibility will include;
- Admissions and enrolments
- Financial support for students
- Information, Advice and Guidance
- Welfare, mental health and safeguarding support services
- Security and behaviour of students
- Student Induction
