Chef de Partie - Saffron Walden

Primavera Pubs Ltd is a small Food Led Pub Company based in North Essex, founded in 2017 by Paul and Leanne Cutsforth. We are passionate about what we do and are 'real hands on' owners we do everything from cleaning the rooms in our 10 Bedroom Country Pub, Cooking Breakfast and running service in the managers absence. Our ethos is 'Fresh - Seasonal - Local'. This is because everything we do is Fresh, whether it's the daily complimentary Bread at the table, the Homemade Burgers or the Seasonal a la Carte Menu. Local because we are part of the community and blend great food with warm hospitality and an emphasis on being a home from home for our guests.

We are currently recruiting for a talented Chef de Partie to work at The Eight Bells in Saffron Walden, Essex. The business has a 50 cover a la Carte restaurant, a Private Dining Room and 20 covers in the Bar.

You will be working alongside our Head Chef David Webb who is one of the best Chef's in North Essex. Ideally you will be college trained with a minimum of two years' experience in the industry. You will be capable of running the larder section in the Kitchen and be able to work under pressure in a busy and sometimes pressurised environment. If you get an adrenaline buzz out of being on the edge and delivering great fresh food every time, then we want to hear from you. You must demonstrate enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and a real passion for Food. In return you will get a very competitive salary, a cracking working environment and we will develop your skills to grow into a more senior role within two years.

Salary: GBP23,000 per annum + Tips
