The vacancy opened up due to the internal promotion of a Qualified Social worker to a senior post. The team is continuously developing through actively reducing caseloads, extra training and working through the Signs of Safety Innovation Project. This allows you to use your own ideas to shape the way you work with the service users.

As a part of your role you will be undertaking visits and working in their Locality Service. This includes working on long term cases and taking cases from the beginning to end. This provides great job satisfaction and allows you to build that relationship with your service users.
