The NASUWT is the leading Trade Union representing the interests of teachers and school leaders throughout the UK working across the maintained sector and in academies and independent schools.

Working with staff colleagues and lay officers, you will further develop the strength of the union by actively engaging with members in their workplace, identifying and campaigning on their concerns, recruiting new members and workplace representatives, and delivering training and mentoring support.
Qualifications in Trade Union organising are welcomed. Ideally with experience of the education sector, you will use your knowledge of Trade Union organising and campaigning activities, to demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and presentational skills that inspire confidence and commitment to NASUWT members.
