The role

As a Nurse with OSJCT, your role is pivotal within our nursing home settings. You will lead and support the care team to provide the highest quality care making critical decisions and leading on clinical issues within a person-centred care model. You'll be responsible for the quality of nursing assessments, care planning, implementation and evaluation and associated care team training issues to ensure that at all times residents receive an excellent standard of care. This role is based in a
14-bed Intermediate Care Unit which receives varied admissions from acute hospitals for rehabilitation of high-dependence individuals

The home

Henry Cornish Care Centre offers compassionate, individualised residential and respite care for up to 36 residents in a modern, comfortable environment. Opened in 2010, this attractive state-of-the-art home is situated on the outskirts of Chipping Norton. A 14 bedroom intermediate care centre adjoins the home.
