Leaving Care Team - Team Manager - Kent - GBP42ph

An experienced Team Manager is required to join our client's Leaving Care Team in Kent. The successful candidate will lead and direct a team of professional Senior Personal Advisors together with support staff to provide services to young people aged 18-24 years of age who have previously been looked after by the Local Authority. This includes citizen young people as well as unaccompanied Asylum seeking young people.

You will contribute to the design and delivery of the unit business plans and to ensure that the service performance levels and budget requirements are met. The role will require the post holder to have a high level understanding of all relevant internal policies, an awareness of relevant legislation, and partnership working skills to assist the Assistant Area Director in the strategic development of ongoing service delivery.
