GBP33,463 - GBP39,580 per annum (subject to experience)

About the role:

We are now seeking to appoint a Project & Implementation Manager in our Corporate Projects Team on a fixed term basis. Our Project & Implementation Managers lead improvement and modernisation projects across the organisation to ensure that processes and procedures are fit for a modern regulator.

Reporting in to the Senior Project & Development Manager, the post holder will carry out a portfolio of projects from business case to close out throughout the organisation.

About you:

Ideally you will be Prince 2 qualified or be able to demonstrate experience of working within a structured project environment. You will be required to use analytical, data interpretation, creative thinking & problem-solving skills in delivering projects. You will need be required to work with Senior Responsible Officers and build project teams suitable for the size and scope of the project you are delivering. You will be driving change and improvements so will need to have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills whilst working with various teams across the organisation. You will develop an understanding of business needs, reflect that back with relevant questioning to confirm requirements and formulate execution of tasks.

You will also need to be able to present ideas/proposals and engagement with others to refine ideas. You will need to be able to demonstrate strong team-working skill within a range of teams across the business. You will be confident to prioritise work in the face of irregular demands and/or changes in business needs.
