How you'll make a difference:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven creative practitioner to join our highly motivated team at Northern Ireland's leading young person's charity Action for Children.
The successful candidate will deliver a first class mental health service to vulnerable young people helping to improve their outcomes.
If you feel as passionately about reaching out to vulnerable young people as we do then you could be the perfect fit for this exciting and rewarding opportunity. You will be working in partnership with a range of peer professionals to undertake mental health assessment, offer advice, intervention and consultation services, in order to improve recognition, assessment and management of mental health difficulties. You will contribute to building strategies for positive mental health promotion within our services and to individual children and young people.
How we work:
Rossorry Grove is a High Support accommodation service for young people aged 16-25 who are leaving care or at serious risk of homelessness in the Enniskillen area. The service is based around self-contained fully furnished flats and is staffed 24/7 by a passionate and experienced staff team.
What you'll need:
You will be a Registered Mental Health Nurse or Mental Health Social Worker, with relevant experience in a mental health setting. Full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
