We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity, our client who is an award winning, prestigious local company looking to recruit a Customer Support Adviser to join their busy team. The right candidate will need to have previous experience within an outbound environment. You will be required to manage own caseloads effectively ensuring end to end process is completed in a timely manner.

Dealing directly with customer, colleagues, scheme partners and third party organisations
Take ownership and responsibility for decisions and actions taken
Able to investigate and collate data.
Must be analytical and have a good eye for detail, ensuring data is correctly updated
Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvements and best practise
Ensure detailed case notes are compiled and relevant databases updated and maintained in line with data retention and data protection guidelines
Manage caseloads in a timely fashion, both individually and across the team in line with any company performance objectives
Strong Excel & Word skills
This role would suit someone who has a real desire to help people, having the ability to prioritise and able to weight up each case based on merit. Having the right attitude is key to this position, someone who is patient, empathetic and tactful. Must have excellent communication skills including acute listening skills.
