An experienced, RN qualified Deputy Manager is required by a very small elderly nursing home in Liverpool.

The home provides elderly and dementia nursing care to fewer than 20 service users and offers a family home style environment accompanied by high quality care.

As Deputy Manager, you will support the CQC Registered Home Manager in the clinical and operational management of the home, providing clinical leadership and line management to the care and nursing teams and working to achieve the highest possible standards of care.

Applicants for this Deputy Manager position should meet the following specification:

•Ideally qualified as an RGN, although RMNs with the relevant experience will also be considered
•Experienced in a managerial position in an elderly nursing home environment
•Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills and able to provide effective clinical leadership to a strong nursing team
•Good knowledge and understanding of CQC requirements and quality standards
•Motivated, enthusiastic and flexible to meet the needs of the service

This is a full time role with a 48 hour working week. You will predominantly work day shifts however due to the seniority of the role a degree of flexibility will be required.

Competitive hourly rates of pay of GBP17 are offered for this Deputy Managers position.
