Appoint Group VacancyJob Title: Registered Manager / Home Manager / General ManagerLocation: Henfield, West SussexSalary: Up to GBP55,000 depending on experience Bonus Scheme excellent additional benefits below- Full training and development opportunities- 28 days holiday including bank holidays- Discount scheme- Contributory pensionWe are currently recruiting for a new and exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager / Home Manager / General Manager to join a fantastic nursing development based in Henfield, West SussexThis care home manager job is working in a larger care home; providing nursing care to elderly residents with a variety of care needs. This role is based is in Henfield, West Sussex and is commutable from Brighton, Hove, Shoreham by Sea, Worthing, Crawley, Horsham, Uckfield, Hayward Heath etc. The home is well placed providing idyllic conditions within a village setting.To be considered for this role, you must be flexible, approachable and motivated, as well as possessing excellent communication and organisational skills. You must also have the following;- Experience in an elderly or older people Care environment- Experience working as a Home Manager / Service Manager / Registered Manager- Demonstrable management experience- NVQ level 5 or equivalent qualification- Experience of developing a service- Strong recruitment experience- Turnaround experience- Nurse qualified with NMC registration.As the Manager, the position will be predominantly the day-to-day management of the service. You will be required to lead your staffing team in the delivery of outstanding clinical care. You will be responsible for developing a friendly and hard-working team to provide a homely environment which can address a range of elderly residents' needs.
