WWF's Retail & Licensing Unit is responsible for income generation, product development, and bringing the WWF brand to life through product and licensed partnerships. We are now looking to recruit a Licensing Development Manager to join our friendly team at an exciting time as we look ahead to implement a new retail and licensing strategy.

Reporting into the Head of Retail & Licensing, you will manage our current licensing relationships with the principal focus on new revenue growth from full and co-branded licenses. You will be proactive in your approach as you take ownership of researching new licensee partners with the ambition of substantially growing our existing portfolio of partners.

The ability to work as part of a team and on your own will be paramount to this role as there will be a lot of cross team working and so previous experience within this environment would be advantageous. Experience of working with budgets and planning would also be a great asset as you will work closely with the Head of Retail & Licensing to make sure things are on track alongside agreed KPIs.

Analysis on monthly revenue and forecasting in conjunction with KPIs and licensees will also be a key part of this role. A strong and proven background in Licensing is essential as well as a strong ability to negotiate with strong communication skills and being able to confidently manage relationships with multiple stakeholders. Corporate Fundraising and New Business experience within the Not for Profit sector would be a strong advantage.

If this sounds like the challenge you are after, please complete the online registration and submit your CV and cover letter, highlighting why you are interested in this role and why you are a suitable candidate.
