Team Manager - Adoption
Evergood Social Care are currently supporting our client based in Bedfordshire in recruiting for an experienced and Qualified Team Manager to join their Adoption.
To lead and manage a team to achieve better outcomes for children, young people and their families through the delivery of high quality fostering services. Strategically developing the service to meet specific legislation, regulations, inspection requirements and other local targets To drive the permanency agenda for children in care across the council by managing and directing resources and budgets in order to provide services to support children and families with children in care.
Must have thorough knowledge of adoption work AND who have significant experience management of an adoption service previously.
Must be a car driver with access to own transport.
