Residential Care Home Policy Lead
The Residential Care Home Policy Lead will be responsible for ensuring the care management system has all the latest care policies, procedures and best practices available for its users to ensure they are fully compliant with CQC.
The position will be Monday to Friday 9am 5pm paying up to GBP60,000.
This role will suit an experienced Senior Manager or Quality Assurance Manager within CQC regulated care homes who has a passion for researching and writing the very latest cutting-edge policies, procedures and best practices.
You will have an impeccable eye for detail and an enthusiasm for scouring the industry for very latest practices.
We are looking for someone proactive and driven with a high knowledge of CQC regulations, care practices, policies and care legislation.
My client is leading provider of care management systems to CQC regulated care homes across the UK. They have thousands of users who rely on this system to keep their policies, procedures and practices up to date and compliant.
My client is determined to provide simpler tools for Care Home Managers and improving care standards for service users across over 2000 providers.
