Centre Receptionist/Administrator (x2)

Full time: 35 hours per week (includes some evenings and occasional Saturday cover).

Salary: GBP21,000 per annum

The Brandon Centre is a charitable organisation that provides contraception and sexual health services and psychotherapy and counselling for young people aged 12-25 years.

An opportunity has arisen for motivated individuals, with previous experience as a Receptionist to join our team. The post holders will provide reception and some administration support for all the services that operate out of the Brandon Centre.

The posts will be based in the reception area at the Brandon Centre, they will therefore be largely involved in the meet and greet of young people accessing the Centre for sexual health services and psychotherapy/counselling, and helping the teams ensure the smooth running of clinic services.

They will also be available to assist with other administrative tasks related to centre wide management as detailed in the job description, which include facilities management and data management.

We are looking for candidates with previous experience of working in a busy, client facing environment, who will ensure service users feel welcome at our centre. You should have excellent ICT, communication and interpersonal skills, and enjoy working as part of a team.
