•Excellent working environment in a very well-run home

The CQC rated "good" home offers round the clock nursing care to adults of all ages, with units specialising in general elderly, dementia and palliative care and the care of young adults with physical disabilities and neurological conditions, so this role will involve working with a diverse group of service users.

As Clinical Lead, duties will involve:

•Conducting audits and clinical supervisions
•The training and induction of new staff and conducting medication competency assessments
•Undertaking clinical duties and shifts to cover absence and sickness when required/to meet the needs of the service
