Senior Client Support Manager required in Milton Keynes GBP25,000- GBP35,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Overview of a Senior Client Support Manager
A Senior Client Support Manager provides an excellent ongoing non-advised service and maintains high client satisfaction to their client bank. You will also be leading your team and colleagues by example

Duties of a Client Support Manager
-Complete client review reports accurately
-Prepare for client review meetings
-Intelliflo must be kept up to date at all times as a live system to include workflow where required
-Highlight on a daily basis any outstanding workload to their team leader
-Take review meeting notes, update fact find and complete decisions summary to client
-Conduct regular client contact and record findings
-Complete valuations on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
-Complete fund switches, monitor and check
-Involvement in rep and investment meetings and attend suitable seminars
-Utilise client ISA allowances where appropriate
-Monitor client cash accounts on a monthly basis
-Facilitate client withdrawal requests
-Participate in webinars to increase knowledge
-Take an interest in financial markets
-Lead and motivate the team to ensure professional and productive output, Service Levels met and client satisfaction achieved!
