We are seeking an enthusiastic Research Associate with specialised experience in sleep neuroscience, and its relationship with cognitive processing in health as well as in ageing populations.
The successful applicant will be involved in analysing and interpreting PSG/EEG and cognitive data from an exploratory sleep-neurocognitive study. Required sleep analysis will be at the broad scale (sleep characteristics and stages) as well as more complex, specialised analyses (how the cognitive and emotional endpoint data results relate to sleep events, such as slow wave/spindle characteristics during subjects' sleep). This will lead to interpreting and writing up results in light of the pre-existing research, and preparing data and figures for wider high-impact dissemination/publication.
