Nurse Manager VacancySomerset GBP37K Per AnnumA great opportunity has become vacant for an experienced nursing management professional to join a well established regional provider of care home in Somerset! This provider are looking for a well rounded leader who has a great passion for person centred care and leading nursing teams to success. This is a great role for a nurse who enjoys a more of a roaming role.They will also be responsible for providing a high quality, nursing residential care for our customers within the policy of the Company's Quality Assurance (QA) framework.To join this provider I am looking for Someone who has the following:• Strong managerial experience with an in-depth knowledge of understanding the needs of older people• Nurse qualification• Qualification of Level 4 in Management and Leadership (QCF) or equivalent• Comprehensive understanding of budget management• Someone who is passionate and has a good understanding of person centred care• An individual who is willing to travel and has access to their own vehicle• Ability to delegate, problem solve and prioritise workloads on a daily basisAs one of the largest not-for-profit care providers in the South of England, they offer great career opportunities within a supported and reputable environment.
