Our client, based in Fleet, Hampshire, are seeking an experienced Senior Credit Risk Analyst responsible for the production of MI Reports and for providing analytical support to business.

Responsibilities???

* Preparation of monthly presentation packs, as required by the business.
* Responsible for overseeing the timely production of Credit Risk MI reports, including carrying out appropriate reviews ensuring accuracy and appropriateness of reporting prior to delivery to stakeholders.
* Ownership of monthly reports.
* Manage and carry out any Credit Risk related analytic work such as scenario planning and stress test.
* Development and maintenance of reporting procedures and processes to ensure effective, consistent and reliable reporting.
* Providing the business and third parties with data and analysis as requests and projects require
* Building good rapport with various teams, colleagues and third parties such as rating agencies and credit reference agencies.
* Working closely with various departments in the business, particularly Finance and Treasury, in order to achieve wider business objectives.
* Working on various projects in support of the business vision and strategy

Requirements

* Previous experience in a Credit Risk or MI Analyst or related role, ideally in a mortgage or financial services environment.
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to graphically present results of analysis
* Strong Data awareness and manipulation skills - data mining and cleansing skills
* Strong numeric, analytical and report writing skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage several projects at the same time
