Policy and Campaigns Manager - Scotland and Northern Ireland

We are looking to recruit an experienced Policy and Campaigns Manager with the drive and enthusiasm to support our growing multi-disciplinary team in Scotland and Northern Ireland.

We have an ambitious and challenging agenda and are at an exciting time in working with partners across the sector to support deaf children and young people to achieve their potential and to close the attainment and outcomes gap that exists.

You must be educated to degree level, have significant experience in policy, public affairs and campaigning and a strong commitment to involving deaf children and young people in shaping public policy. In addition, you must bring with you a track record of building effective alliances to bring about positive change in policy and practice in Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Experience of supervising staff and resources and working to tight timescales and deadlines is essential.
