A global information is recruiting for a HR Associate. This is a Junior role within the HR structure of a global organisation and an incredible opportunity to really develop your HR career with investment and training. This role is a 7 month FTC.
Information about the role
You will be responsible for providing operational generalist support to all employees via email and phone. You'll be the first point of contact for employees offering them guidance and answers to their queries around benefits, processing starters, leavers, transfers and promotions. You will also need to ensure the HR system data is accurate and updated in a timely manner.
Information about the candidate
The successful candidate will have some previous experience working in HR and have experience working with payroll. You must also have good customer service experience. A business or HR related degree would be highly desirable as well as any experience using Workday.
