Inpatient Physiotherapist Team Lead - London - Permanent - Full Time - GBP31696 - GBP41,787 - Band 7


Medicor are pleased to consider applications for the position of Inpatient Physiotherapist Team Lead working for our client based in London on a Permanent basis.


The successful candidate will be registered with the HCPC and have strong leadership qualities and a broad-based experience of inpatients. Specialist knowledge of Orthopaedic surgery is desirable, with experience of service design and delivery with an interest in developing skills. Candidates with an experience of 7 day working are preferable.
You will need to have the following essential skills and experience for the position; Leadership and supervision qualities; Specialist knowledge in orthopaedics; Experience in a wide variety of areas e.g. general surgery and rehabilitation of older people; Knowledge of clinical governance and risk management.


We are also looking for the following desirable skills, but are not essential for the position; Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy; Current Healthcare Professions Council (HCPC) Registration; CSP membership.


My client is seeking a full time permanent Inpatient Physiotherapy Team Lead to provide a highly skilled service, working effectively and efficiently to meet the needs of inpatients in line with best practice guidelines. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day operational management of the inpatient physiotherapy service to ensure high quality care over a 7 day period. You will be expected to teach, support and nurture members of staff in the working environment.


This is a Full Time Permanent position working Full Time, 37.5 Hours per week working in London.
The salary for this position is between GBP31696 and GBP41,787 - Band 7 and is dependent on experience and suitability for the position. On top of this are benefits that include progression through the company, support and development training, loyalty bonus and excellent benefits package, 27 days annual leave.
