A special school in Nottinghamshire are currently searching for a Key stage 3 Science Teacher to work full time on a permanent basis.

Candidate Requirements/ Responsibilities:

- The successful candidate will hold QTS, and have experience in teaching and engaging effectively with SEND children in the UK.
- You will be able to cater your teaching style and methods to match the needs of students of all capabilities, as you will be expected to keep children engaged and be enthusiastic in your teaching style.
- As the class teacher, you will be required to prepare and deliver lessons, monitor progression, attainment and behaviour, whilst utilising a TA if required, as well as adhering to the schools policies and procedures.
- The successful candidate will also have experience in managing challenging behaviour.
- You will need to have current, up to date references which we can verify, you will also have a DBS in date, be on the update service, or be willing to apply for a DBS with our assistance.
- You will be articulate, efficient and be able to think on your feet.
