Our Principal Social Workers have a critical role in delivering effective front line services that safeguard and promote improved outcomes for adults. If you are innovative, positive, dedicated and not afraid of change or challenge, this position will enable you to transform the lives and futures of adults with an eligible social care need. You will be passionate about working with adults to find suitable and sustainable solutions that meets their needs, able to work independently, have access to transport and able to travel within the county. This position will enable you to progress your career as part of an ambitious and creative management team, in one of the most beautiful parts of the country.

You will be an experienced social work manager or a practitioner with substantial experience and expertise in statutory social work looking to progress into a management role. Your experience will enable you to evidence how you have applied your learning to your practice; and you will have a proven track record of excellent practice that improves outcomes.

You must be qualified with a social work degree, social work qualification (Dip.SW, CCSW, CSS) or equivalent, and will need to be HCPC registered.
