We are looking to recruit a learning technologies technician to help deliver technical support for learning technologies used within the Faculty. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to establish a career in technical services within a dynamic forward-thinking University.

You may have some experience of learning Technologies in further or higher education and will require knowledge of creative and digital media editing. You will be working with a wide range of software and technologies to support the Faculty staff and create resources for teaching and learning. Duties include, but are not limited to, video production and editing, technical support for hardware and software used in lectures and associated computers/software, maintaining inventories, resource management and maintaining clean well-organized storage areas. There will be opportunities to learn and support specialist learning technologies across other areas within the Faculty.

Candidate should have a qualification in IT or learning Technologies related subject or relevant experience. Relevant qualifications include BTEC, HND, NVQ (level 3 or above)
or equivalent, with a minimum of GSCE maths and English language or equivalent.
