A privately owned Building services M&E (MEP) design practice is looking to double the size of their team due to an increase in workload from their clients which has given them a full order book for 5 years.

The Company

This organisation was established over 20 years ago and have a reputable industry brand. Their head count went from one man who founded the company through to near 50 Engineering Employees now with a plan to get the engineering employee head count to 150. This would mean expanding with new disciplines and with new sectors offering a fast-paced growth with cross-sector experience and a rapid process for promotions and career development.

The Role

You will be ideally a graduate of Building Services Engineering although mechanical engineering would also be considered. Along with this you must have a minimum of 6-month experience working in a design consultancy. As this is a junior position, there is not a huge expectation for you to deliver exceptional design but only an expectation to have a passion and keen interest in building services. Any knowledge you have would be advantageous but an understanding of a project life cycle would be crucial. The companies personalised training programme to make you a strong design engineer is the most important element.
