Clayton Nursing is seeking an experienced SENIOR NURSE RGN/ RNLD for clients presenting with with sight loss and multiple disabilities, including learning and physical disabilities, mental health difficulties, acquired brain injury and life-limiting conditions. You will benefit form a generous salary of GBP29,000-GBP32,000 along with an excellent benefits package inclusive of a two course meal on shift and 30 days holiday per annum, a competitive company sick policy and a stakeholder pension scheme a fantastic working environment including a full induction from day one, with on-going training and a real scope for personal development to ensure best practice is maintained. In this role you will: -Take a lead role in overseeing the clinical management of resident??s conditions, enabling the quality of life through effective care, service and activity. -Assist the Clinical Lead and Deputy Manager in their day to day duties, ensuring that the care service meets both the needs of the residents and legislative requirements -Take a lead role in overseeing the Nursing Staff and HCAs ensuring the clinical management of resident??s condition enabling quality of life through effective care, service and activity. -Provide appropriate supervision, effective communication and management of the nursing and care staff team including any visiting agency staff and any staff member from the multidisciplinary team. -To act as a role model for all staff and to ensure that a consistent high standard of nursing care is provided. -To ensure that the NMC code of conduct is upheld at all times.
