CAS Behavioural Health provides high quality specialist healthcare to adults with a variety of diagnosis including; Learning Disability and Autism. Our expert knowledge and highly dedicated care enables us to make a positive difference.

We are currently recruiting a registered Service Manager for Broughton Lodge to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Salary/Benefits: GBP50 - GBP55k dependent on experience and CQC registration, Pension Scheme, Training and development opportunities, cycle to work scheme, DBS paid for.

Located in beautiful grounds, Broughton Lodge is a grand Victorian house which is a specialist residential home for young adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those we look after.

In this role you will:

Build professional relationships with the clients and other staff at your establishment and throughout the company.

You will be able to communicate effectively with local authorities to promote the service.

Responsible for working as part of a team and growing the staffing requirements to meet the needs of patients.

To conduct and effectively manage the staffing team completing 1:1 appraisals.

Requirements:

You will have a proven track record of managing Learning disability, Autism and challenging behaviours.

You must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a managerial role.

You will have excellent staff management and organisation skills. You will also be able to demonstrate sound clinical skills and be familiar with CQC, Mental Health Act and other regulations and how to apply them.

You will also have good presentation and report writing skills as you would liaise extensively with care management teams and other professionals within a multi-disciplinary environment.

Please note, the successful candidate must either hold or be prepared to work towards Level 5 Diploma- leadership in health and social care or equivalent.
