Personal Development

Working in the College sales and marketing team means you are at the heart of LBIC's operations - supporting students through the beginning of their journeys into Higher Education. You will have opportunities to:

  • Develop relations with a network of colleagues across the global Navitas network
  • Understand the role and needs of agent representatives in the student journey
  • Develop ways to increase the visibility of the college overseas and enhance the overall student experience

As part of your role you'll develop first-hand knowledge of a global company and undertake international travel. You'll be involved in the recruitment, marketing and admissions functions locally but will also get the chance to visit other colleges to develop ideas on best practise.

As part of your first year you will produce a project report on a key business area, such as marketing communications, market analysis, or conversion strategies. This will give you an opportunity to use our data and systems to deliver value to the company in a structured manner.

At the end of the end of your first year, you will have developed business awareness, customer service skills, presentation and communications skills, data analytics capability and business acumen. You'll also get the chance to demonstrate your skills by presenting to the College Senior Management Team on your projects at the end of your first year.

This role offers a natural onward progression into a range of local or global roles across the organisation's Admissions, Marketing or Recruitment functions.
