Our client is a Training Provider Organisation who deliver Apprenticeships funded by the ESFA.
They currently have a vacancy for a Contracts and Compliance Manager to lead their small Compliance Administration team, effectively managing the day to day running of the contracts compliance and administration activity for the organisation.

Scope of Job

-Responsible for effectively managing the contracts and compliance administration team ensuring all data and compliance is processed within the correct deadlines.
- Responsible for reporting and communicating the monthly results of all contracting and compliance activity to the CEO.

Key Duties and Responsibilities Include

-Responsible for ensuring all the team are fully aware of all data and compliance processes and to receive training in such if they are not familiar with them.
- Responsible for quality assuring all activity with the compliance administrators by introducing an internal quality checking system.
- Responsible for ensuring the compliance administrators are fully aware and up to date of all changes to the ESFA funding rules impacting on documentation processing.
- Responsible for producing the monthly learner journey reports for all sub-contracted provision.
- Responsible for analysing all learner journey reports
- Responsible for managing the performance of the administrators by conducting monthly one to one meetings and annual appraisals.
- Responsible for compiling, sending out and monitoring the returns of all monthly incident report forms to all sub-contractors.
- Responsible for compiling, sending out and monitoring the returns of all monthly destination and progression monitoring reports
- Responsibility for all compliance audits
-Responsible for checking and correcting, where necessary, any errors or anomalies found in the data prior to the ESFA upload.
-Responsible for checking and updating all DSAT reports each month.
- Responsibility for ensuring all general day to day administration and compliance questions or queries are dealt with effectively.

- Maintain high compliance with all interventions - no non-conformances
- Fully assured audit from the ESFA - no non-conformances
- Claim processed each month within the timelines

Personal Specification

- Extensive knowledge of ESFA funding requirements
- Experience of managing a compliance process for supply chain partners
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft programmes
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written
- To remain professional at all times
- Can work to strict deadlines and detail under pressure
- To hold a full driving licence and have a roadworthy car
