Team Manager - Children in Need ( CIN ) / Child Protection ( CP ) - Bury - GBP39 p/h Bury require an experienced Team Manager for their Children in Need ( CIN )/Child Protection ( CP ) team. The successful candidate will ideally have experience in effectively managing a team of social workers and will take responsibility for supervision and management of child care cases. As a Team Manager of a CIN/CP Team you will have experience of:
  • Supervising a team of social workers
  • Liaising with other professionals
  • Overseeing and managing child protection cases
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Working with Public Law Outline (PLO)
  • Chairing meetings
  • Working effectively within time scales
  • Decision making on incoming referrals
As a Team Manager of a CIN/CP team you will be:
  • HCPC registered
