Customer Services Coordinator/Triage Coordinator - German/French
Gatwick, Sussex
To GBP30k + good benefits

Bilingual Triage Coordinator/Customer Services Coordinator/Administrator is required by highly successful international business based in Gatwick. This role is predominantly a customer service, call centre and administrative role working alongside three other Triage Co-ordinator's. The main purpose of this role is to handle initial customer calls regarding problems and issues on the organisations products and logging appropriately and distributing them effectively to the correct support specialist or engineer as required. Calls will be received from a variety of customers. It is important that this role isn't seen as simply a call centre role, the Co-ordinator will need to take ownership of the queries and respond appropriately.

Experience and requirements:

  • Able to pick up new processes and able to understand technical queries
  • Experience of working in a customer facing role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to talk to different levels and customers
  • Excellent IT skills - all Microsoft packages
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
  • Fluency in French and/or German
