Unit Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) - Nursing HomeLocation: Sheffield, South YorkshireSalary: GBP31,600 - GBP39,000 per annum based on 42 hours per week - negotiable depending on experience, qualifications and capabilitiesHours: Full Time positionContract type: Permanent position*Salary equivalent to NHS band 6*Further Details: We are currently looking for a skilled, motivated and experienced nurse (RGN or RMN or RNLD all considered) to lead a small team of nurses within a unit of a reputable Care Home located in Sheffield. The home is well-equipped and comfortable with all modern conveniences and facilities. The home provides a range of care types including nursing, dementia, palliative, residential, respite and convalescence care for elderly residents and those with dementia. They can also cater for individuals with Parkinson's. The home is specifically designed with patients' needs in mind and ensures they are all treated as individuals and encouraged to live independently. The service succeeds in offering an attentive, friendly and homely environment.We are looking for an experienced nurse who shares this passion for quality care and who wishes to further their career in a more senior position within a reputable healthcare organisation.Person Specification: Applicants must be RGN or RMN or RNLD trained and must hold a valid PIN. All applicants should be eligible to live and work in the UK without restriction. You must have solid post-qualifying experience as well as experience of leading / supervising a team.
