This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EA Manager to join a leading global financial advisory firm based in prestigious offices in central London. With offices in over 40 cities, the firm is highly regarded with a diverse and dynamic culture.

Our client is seeking an EA Manager to play the critical role of ensuring the smooth delivery of EA support to the business by working closely with leadership and the EA team.

Overseeeing a team of 20 EAs, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of EA support to the Banking team, consisting of, but not exclusive to:

  • Monitoring service levels, capacity and workload
  • Allocating EAs to teams, rotations, interns and new joiners where required
  • Arranging appropriate cover for all EA absences including holidays and sickness
  • Overseeing administration of the EA's including holiday, timesheets, vacation and sickness
  • Working alongside the HR department for the recruitment of all EAs
  • Conducting training and induction for all EA new joiners
  • Working alongside Bankers and HR to quickly and effectively resolve any EA matters
  • Working with EAs to resolve issues and/or facilitate discussions
  • Monitoring and addressing morale within the EA team
  • Coordinating and overall responsibility for EA mid-year and year-end performance reviews in conjunction with the EAs Managing Director(s)
  • Work with HR on setting compensation
  • Working with HR, Legal and Senior Management to manage disciplinary and performance processes
  • Identifying and providing appropriate training for EAs
  • Communication of and assisting with projects as well as London office and firm-wide initiatives

You will have:

  • Proven management and leadership experience, preferably within a professional services environment
  • A solid understanding of the EA role and 'best practice'
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust based relationships across all levels of the business
  • Proven experience of strategic thinking, using sound judgment and discretion
  • Experience in delivering difficult messages and the gravitas to challenge senior stakeholders
  • Excellent administrative and organisational ability
  • The ability to deliver against tight deadlines and perform under pressure
