As the Scheduler you will be managing the engineers diaries, calls and visits, speaking to customers, updating an in house system and service plans.
The Scheduler will also be producing reports, chasing contracts and processing. The Scheduler will also be responsible for keeping the database updated and providing management information.
A friendly small team where everyone works very closely.. As the scheduler you will need great communication, organisational and planning skill with attention to detail and enjoy working in a customer service environment.
Hours 9-5.30, private health scheme and company pension.
