The Business Services team at the College is growing and developing. We are looking to appoint an Employer Engagement Executive to further support its development.

The Employer Engagement Executive will work closely with the Head of Employer Engagement to develop new business and generate revenue income for the College's training services, including apprenticeships, traineeships, ESF and other training solutions.

More specifically, the Employer Engagement Executive will ensure that all leads are followed up with employers, undertake training needs analysis and solution implementation for new and existing clients.

They will also be responsible for negotiating a service level agreement with key employers, identifying agreed delivery requirements, costs and payment schedules.

The appointed applicant will be highly motivated with the ability to demonstrate a successful sales background, ideally gained with a training provider.
