Your main duties will involve:
-Managing daily admin tasks on behalf of the CEO and COO
-Efficiently booking meetings, appointments, travel and transport.
-Typing, compiling and preparing monthly reports, presentations and correspondence
-Minuting meetings with the company executives and managers
-Using the in-house system and managing the databases
-Confidently communicating with staff, suppliers and clients

You will have:
-A-Levels or equivalent
-Finance, Business or Management Qualification
-The ability to adapt and be flexible
-The ability to work on own initiative
-Proficient computer skills and literacy
-Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

This role does require some occasional flexibility and travel in order to accommodate attendance at minuted meetings.

This opportunity is part time (20 hours/week flexible) on a temporary basis, with potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
