Are you keen to use your policy and advocacy skills to make a difference to the lives of Fairtrade farmers and workers around the world?
The Fairtrade Foundation is looking for a Policy Manager to lead key policy and advocacy workstreams. You will be excellent at building strong relationships with senior policy makers and politicians, NGOs and other development organisations. You'll understand how business works and how to work constructively as a critical friend to improve good practice.
You'll have great understanding of poverty reduction, human rights and environmental sustainability issues in supply chains, and of how to influence government policy and business practice to deliver positive change on the ground. Working in a small but influential team, you'll have the opportunity to take on a high level of responsibility and see your work leading to real change.
