International Recruitment Consultant
Teachanywhere (a Randstad company) is recruiting in our Central London, Holborn office for an International Recruitment Consultant to work "exclusively" with Candidates on the Middle East recruiting team.
GBP24,000 - GBP32,000, basic salary with an uncapped bonus scheme
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an International Educator or an experienced recruitment Consultant who may have had enough of cold calling and business development to join a team that focuses on the recruiting of great teachers to join some of the world's best international schools in the very popular Middle East region. As part of our high performing team you will be responsible for attracting, screening and introducing teachers to our international team who look after international teaching posts across the globe.

We work closely with our teachers placing them into private international schools around the world, with an emphasis on the Middle East.

Our ideal candidate will be a teacher who has taught internationally and has a strong and ambitious drive to promote the "international teaching experience".
You may also come from an education recruitment background; however we will consider any sector although education is a preference. You will have experience of establishing strong relationships and will enjoy working in a fast paced target driven environment with an ability to multi task and work with a large numbers of applicants. Organisation and drive is key to being successful in this role.
If you have previously already taught internationally (ideally in the Middle east region) you should be able to confidently promote international teaching. Due to the international nature of our role - you may be required to adapt your working patterns on occasion to meet the needs of our candidate base. Adaptability and Flexibility are therefore also key attributes.
Candidates without proven recruitment experience will be considered, especially those that have either taught internationally or have extensive overseas experience, particularly in the Middle East.
The role will involve you:
* Attracting suitable candidates through various methods
* Matching candidates to the right schools
* Having a good knowledge of different cultures/benefits/environments globally
* Discussing and selling the opportunities abroad to teachers
* Working to strict legislation and guidelines
* Establishing strong relationships with teachers
* Achieving financial targets on a weekly and monthly basis
