About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity within our Finance Team for a Planning and Reporting Manager. Join us to play a key role in preparing our 3-5 year financial plan and annual budget. You will liaise with budget holders to identify their requirements and develop budget models to assist in translating these into financial plans for the organisation. You will undertake detailed reviews of business processes and activity, collecting and scrutinising data on key process metrics, and provide financial input into the preparation of operational business cases. This is a vital role for the GDC which will play a key role in the overall embedding of financial controls across the business.

About you:

We are looking for a part CCAB qualified accountant with experience of evaluating cost efficiency initiatives. You will have a proven track record as a strong communicator with experience of building constructive relationships with budget-holders and senior management. You will display confidence when dealing with senior stakeholders and be able to persuade and influence them to take ownership of proposed saving initiatives.
