Registered Manager - Mental Health Unit
I am working exclusively with a highly regarded local charity who run a large 13 bed residential care home for adults with enduring mental health conditions based in Barnes.
The home has a very positive reputation with CQC and has produced positive outcomes for all residents living within the home.
Due to a management restructure, we are seeking a highly experienced, enthusiastic and passionate Registered Manager to come on board, develop their own management team, maintain the excellent care delivery standards and work with the Board of Trustee's to develop and improve the service.
The Registered Manager will be an influential presence in the home to the staff team and the residents. This post is offering a fantastic remuneration package including salary between GBP38,000 - GBP40,000 plus an additional allowances of GBP3,000 on top.
The Registered Manager must have
QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management
Extensive experience managing CQC regulated care homes
Strong track record of working with people with enduring mental health conditions
Motivational and influential leadership and team management qualities
Passion for delivering positive outcomes to vulnerable adults
Ability to build positive relationships with trustees, families, local authorities and external agencies
