This outstanding facility was purpose built to provide various types of care to the elderly. Staff turnover is low in this home with all qualified nurses and senior staff having at least 5 years service. An excellent, dedicated team along with good management, who are approachable and supportive to all staff, has contributed to this facility achieving top class RQIA reports (0 requirements and 0 recommendations identified in the last 3 years). This is a rare opportunity for a Registered Nurse to develop their career as part of a genuinely successful Nursing Home team.
The Ideal Candidate:
- RGN Qualified with valid NMC PIN
- At least 1 years post qualification experience
- Caring & compassionate with an excellent clinical track record
- Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people
- Excellent organisation & leadership skills
- Good communication skills
- Flexible, professional and committed to being the best
- Quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself
- Flexibility to cover nights as part of rotating shift pattern
Our client is offering a salary of GBP16 p/h (GBP32,032) for this position. This could rise to GBP17 p/h after 6 months. You will also receive:
