Are you a highly skilled Agile CSM (Certificated) and PRINCE2 / APM Practitioner (or equivalent) qualified Business Project Manager from a technical background who is experienced in business/organisational/technical change, IT Infrastructure, Application Delivery and Software Delivery Life-Cycle (SDLC)? Do you have a track record of delivering multiple complex projects on time and to budget? Do you have excellent planning (forecasts, estimates), risk, issue, change control management and reporting skills along with experience in large RFP's and tenders? Do you have a demonstrable track history of working within a highly regulated, outsourcing or Public/Private industry sector?

Job Overview:
As Business Project Manager, you will lead the project delivery of client solutions/services, internal improvement and other change projects within the Williams Lea Tag EMEA Group. Working for the Project Management Group, the role will provide effective management and control of projects of medium to high complexity, diversity and budget.

You will work under the authority of a sponsor with responsibility for the overall planning, management and completion of projects. You will work with customers to develop project scope and plans utilising project management skills to manage the full project lifecycle in a controlled environment from Definition, Planning, Implementation and Transition. You will identify resource requirements, define project deliverables, ensure quality criteria are agreed and achieved, provide accurate reporting, define and deliver to critical success factors and achieve customer satisfaction. You will be able to understand the overall business case for the project and be able to organise the right team, pulling on developers, BAU staff, Testers, QA etc., to deliver a successful commercial outcome for WLT and Service outcome for our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include project delivery and associated governance including overall planning, control, status reporting and stability of the project; managing the budget and identifying and resolving forecast variance working to agreed tolerance; identifying and controlling project issues, driving resolution; managing scope, implementing effective change control and employing rigorous risk management processes; identifying project resource requirements; creating and manage a stakeholder management plan and communication plan; managing and motivating the project team; influencing internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of projects by internal project teams; day-to-day management of stakeholders and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

This is a permanent job opportunity based in Luton, Bedfordshire, working days/times Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:30. There will be an expectation of travel to our clients and to our other sites in the UK as and when required. *Full job description available on request

Required Experience:
We are looking for an exceptional Agile CSM certified and PRINCE2 / APM Practitioner (or equivalent) qualified Business Project Manager with demonstrable project management experience within a highly regulated, outsourcing or public/private industry sector. You will have experience in matrix management of teams greater than 5 at various levels and disciplines. You must be experienced in delivering complex and large projects with elements of business change, people change, technical change, organisational change coupled with a knowledge of IT related services/software/operating systems. You will be comfortable and confident in communicating with senior stakeholders within the business and with clients. Experience of managing 3rd party suppliers is a must.
