I am currently working with an 'Outstanding' Special School for primary aged children in Redbridge. The school are very proud of their achievements, but more than anything they are very proud of the children they are privileged to work with.
The school have a teaching post available for an excellent practitioner who wishes to join their fantastic team working with young children with a range of complex learning difficulties including Autism and pupils with Challenging Behaviour.
Teachers with specific interests in special schools are welcome to apply.

Essential Qualities include:
• Thorough knowledge of the National Curriculum and its implications for children with complex learning difficulties
• Experience of special needs children
• Imagination, creativity and a highly-developed sense of responsibility
• Sense of humour
