(FULL-TIME) Who we are looking for: We are looking for a pro-active and self-motivated individual with a good understanding of a performing arts organisation. It is essential that you are efficient, resilient, organised, have the ability to work calmly under pressure, be able to manage conflicting priorities, be excellent at team working and communication, and act professionally as a key ambassador for the Executive Office and English National Ballet. You will have a strong set of people skills and be excellent at building and maintaining relationships. You will be expected to demonstrate unquestionable personal and professional integrity regarding confidential or sensitive issues. Essential Skills • Demonstrable experience and strong performance in similar roles • Experience with business and finance processes in a professional office such as governance matters, contracts, invoices, expense claims • Excellent interpersonal skills • High standard of written and oral communication • Ability to work and contribute positively within a team, yet able to work independently • Strong attention to detail, high standards of accuracy and a completer/finisher of tasks • Successful track record of working in a busy professional office • Excellent experience and use of MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Office 2010 suite • Organised, efficient, and able to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines • Highly numerate and proficient with numbers and use of Excel spreadsheets with experience of standard finance administration and processes • Experience with preparing professional minutes at formal meetings and following up action points • Discrete and professional • Sound judgement and high levels of motivation and initiative • Have a pro-active, 'can do' attitude. Experience of having nurtured and sustained a strong professional relationship network across a busy company or team. • Flexible in attitude and in action - able to adapt to change and different work rhythms as the Company grows, able to work with a range of personalities Job Details Place of work English National Ballet, Markova House, Jay Mews, London. ENB will move to a new purpose-built home at London City Island in 2018 Hours of work: Normal office hours are 10 am to 6 pm Mon-Fri and as necessary to fulfil the scope of responsibilities.
