Customer Service / Administrator


GBP21,700 per annum (GBP18,000 plus GBP2700 shift allowance)

Monday to Friday 3pm to 11pm (NO WEEKENDS!)

About the role

If you're looking to work in a sociable and friendly environment, with the opportunity to develop your Financial Services experience then we would love to hear from you!

In this role you will be managing your own case load of Financial Services complaint files, investigating and collating all the relevant information to help you make a decision. Liaising with customers and third parties over the phone and in writing, you will then reach a fair conclusion.

Our 4 weeks training course will give you all the skills and knowledge you need to have a great start in your new role. Our continued support and your positive attitude and customer focus will ensure you're a real success!

You will
